BX Lab develops and manufactures nucleoside, nucleotide, oligonucleotide building-block and specialty raw-material products for research and development workflows. Our strength is practical process development: designing robust routes, improving yield and purity, controlling key impurities, and scaling chemistry from laboratory batches to larger manufacturing campaigns.

What we are good at

Stereochemical control

We make the chiral auxiliary amidites that stereocontrolled phosphorothioate routes depend on, and the resolved Rp/Sp standards used to prove the configuration came out as intended. Most suppliers stop at the racemate.

Nucleoside product development

Route development and production support for nucleoside-related products, modified nucleosides and downstream building blocks.

Analytical and batch documentation

Certificate applicability. Certificates are issued to the legal entities named on each document. The applicable manufacturing site, specification, quality package and qualification status are confirmed for each project. BX Lab catalog materials remain research-use and non-GMP.
