Website and research-use terms

Last updated July 15, 2026. These terms apply to use of the BX Lab website and catalog information. A product quotation, service proposal, quality document or written agreement may include additional terms that control the related transaction.

Qualified organizations and permitted use

BX Lab provides pharmaceutical R&D services only to qualified research institutions and pharmaceutical companies for scientific research or regulatory drug-submission purposes. Products and services described here are research use only and non-GMP. They are not offered to individuals or for personal, food, household, diagnostic or direct therapeutic use.

Catalog information

Product names, CAS numbers, structures, purity targets, properties, availability, lead times and pack sizes are provided for identification and planning. They may be updated and are not a substitute for the current quotation, agreed specification, lot-specific Certificate of Analysis or the user’s own suitability assessment.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for confirming identity, legal and regulatory status, safe handling, storage, transport, waste disposal and suitability for the intended research workflow. Literature links provide scientific context; they do not establish that every cited result applies to a particular lot, salt, protected form or application.

Quotes, custom projects and confidentiality

A request does not create an order or project until scope, specification, price, quantity, timeline and applicable terms are accepted in writing. Do not send trade secrets or other confidential information before suitable confidentiality arrangements are in place.

Website availability and external links

BX Lab may correct, update or remove website content without notice. External literature links are provided for convenience and scientific context; availability and content of third-party sites are outside BX Lab’s control.
