BX LAB PRIVACY

Privacy notice

Last updated August 12, 2026. This notice explains how BX Lab handles information that qualified organizations choose to send when requesting product, technical or custom chemistry support.

Information you may provide

Contact information

Name, work email, telephone number, organization and business address when included in an inquiry.

Project information

Product names, catalog numbers, target structures, specifications, quantities, timelines and intended research-use context.

Communication records

Questions, quotations, technical discussions and documentation requests exchanged with BX Lab.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess product or project fit, prepare quotations, provide technical support, maintain business records and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations. BX Lab does not use inquiry information to provide services to individuals or for non-research purposes.

Email handoff and website data

The homepage quote tool prepares an email in the visitor’s email client; it does not submit the form into a BX Lab website database. The visitor decides whether to send that message. When the site is hosted, standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser type and time of access for security and reliability.

Sharing, retention and security

Information may be shared with personnel and service providers who need it to evaluate or fulfill a qualified request, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, contractual requirements and applicable law. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and page use. Google's default web implementation can collect user and session counts, approximate location, and browser and device information, and can store a client ID in the first-party cookie named _ga to distinguish users and sessions. The language selector stores a first-party bxlab-locale cookie for up to one year. BX Lab does not configure custom Analytics events that send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or inquiry content. Visitors can block or delete cookies in their browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your questions
